Graduate & Online Students
If you are enrolled in a Health Care Administration course that runs on a six-week course schedule, you must submit the official Change of Registration/Leave of Absence/Withdrawal form to the Registrar’s office no later than the second business day of the session in order to receive a 100 percent refund of tuition and fees. Fees are nonrefundable after the second business day.
