Health & Safety
As a College focused on health care, we take your health and safety—as well as the health and safety of those with whom you interact—are a top priority. Clarkson College uses the online system CastleBranch (myCB) to manage the health and safety process. Program-specific requirements may include the completion of a background check and/or drug test as well as proof of immunizations, certifications and licensure. Students are responsible for the purchase of a myCB account. Certain clinical sites may require specific onboarding requirements, such as orientation packets, background checks, drug tests, special computer training, etc. Any additional onboarding costs are the student’s responsibility, and any onboarding requirements will be relayed through program clinical processes.
Health & Safety Deadlines
You will have approximately one month following the start of your first semester to complete your initial health and safety requirements in myCB.
- Fall semester deadline: Sept. 30
- Summer semester deadline: May 30
- Spring semester deadline: Jan. 30
Health & Safety Compliance

Failure to achieve or maintain compliance by the designated due/renewal date/s may result in a Code of Conduct violation. Students will be provided specific instructions for their academic program health and safety requirements.
Health and safety requirements are subject to immediate change in order to maintain compliance with state and federal requirements, Center for Disease Control requirements and standards of practice.
