Community Dependability

We understand that students may face difficulties in various aspects of life. In response, Clarkson College seeks to cultivate an environment where students, faculty and staff can hold themselves and each other accountable to ensure the safety and well-being of the whole campus community.

Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT)

If at any time you feel a student, faculty or staff member is a threat to him/ herself and/or the campus community, you are encouraged to file a report to the BIT. Disruptive, distressed and/or disturbed behaviors should be taken seriously. The qualified members of the BIT will provide support and early intervention as needed to address the concerns at hand.

Student Support Team

As a Clarkson College student, we want you to know that we take the issues of mental health, drugs and alcohol, and sexual violence seriously. Reflecting on our commitment to these issues and to our students’ well-being, we have established the Clarkson College Student Support Team to provide various preventative and educational programming in these areas. We hope that you will attend our programming throughout the school year.
